Tele-consulting hours can be used for:
- Focused coaching that will set priorities, monitor accountability and incorporate action steps that lead to continuous improvement.
- Tele-consulting blocks are available in 2-hour, 6-hour and 10-hour increments, whichever is convenient for you.

Custom in-office observation and training with your
team:
- In one- and two-day sessions, a Pride consultant will observe the operational systems and management strategies and provide education specifically customized to address key challenges in your practice, through problem solving, training and group facilitation.
- Education topics include practice systems (scheduling, financial, etc.), team motivation and conflict resolution, verbal skills, and marketing, among others.
