Your Pride consultant will review the materials with you in a tele-consulting call and highlight the strengths, challenges and critical success factors for your next steps. This is followed with a written Findings and Recommendations report that outlines immediate action items and long-term improvements, as well as easy-to-follow training and implementation steps to share with your team.
